So I just uploaded two videos to YouTube:

My Ten Commandments (personal minimums)

7 Rules for Finding Peace and Joy in Jesus

Here are my notes for these two videos:

My Ten Commandments

…what I feel the Lord would have me do now to have faith and repent:

  1. No movies and no TV shows. Audio only.
  2. No YouTube. Exceptions: Rob Smith, Tucker Carlson, or similar, etc.
  3. No music that is not edifying and uplifting.
  4. No non-Keto sweet treats / No sugar (even when off Keto).
  5. One long prayer every day.
  6. Read one chapter from the Book of Mormon every day.
  7. Do 30 push-ups every day, + stretches, workout, and exercise as able.
  8. Be a kind, loving, and devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
  9. Keep the commandments of God.
  10. Strictly follow your conscience and the voice of God within you.

Read these Ten Commandments every morning when waking up and every night when going to bed.

Personal Policies

  1. No social media.
  2. Go to bed early and get up early, as possible.
  3. Be sober. “And now, my son, see that ye take care of these sacred things, yea, see that ye look to God and live.  Go unto this people and declare the word, and be sober.  My son, farewell.” (Alma 37:47)

“Hearken ye to these words.  Behold, I am Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.  Treasure these things up in your hearts, and let the solemnities of eternity rest upon your minds. Be sober.  Keep all my commandments.  Even so.  Amen.” (Doctrine and Covenants 43:34 – 35)
