Author’s Note: As you can see, I wrote this several years ago. Having perused some of it today (8/29/2023) I can say I view some things very differently. I don’t want to take the many hours it would take to rehash this in order to bring it up to date with my current understanding, but I still assert that this long essay contains vast insights that are very valuable for those who are not yet accordingly informed.
