The laws of justice are immutable. They are always in force. We are always held accountable before God for the violation of the laws of justice.
The laws of God, especially the laws of justice, are always accessible to our minds and hearts through the light of Christ, or through individual conscience. We are warned by God when we are facing violation of these laws and we are prompted by the Holy Spirit, in all things, what we should do. We are left without excuse, even if we are past feeling.
These laws of justice were introduced and enumerated in a previous post. One category of the laws of justice are those principles that define our fundamental rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. These unalienable rights are sometimes collectively referred to as the law of liberty.
Our unalienable rights as human beings are what make us all equal under the law. They are what make us free, sovereign citizens. They specify our rightful independence from tyranny and oppression. They give us dignity, humanity, and civilization.
In a truly civilized society, citizens are secure in their safety, security, and fundamental rights. In a truly civilized society, citizens treat one another with courtesy and mutual respect. They are careful to be just, fair, and honest. Put this way, it is evident that civilized society is very rare, and yet, unanimously and reputedly, the popular ideal. And yet, the sophistry, selfishness, and dishonesty of the masses invariably prevent civilized society from occurring.
When we are all ruled and governed by just laws, this enables our humanity, happiness, and prosperity. When we are governed by the rule of laws, even just laws, we rise above the brute and savage realities of jungle law.
In the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States, we read: “We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” The writers of the Constitution were telling us that the Constitution is calculated to establish justice, liberty, prosperity, and so forth. They understood that just laws that govern a just people must necessarily result in domestic tranquility, security, safety, liberty, prosperity, and so forth. They understood that when these blessings are lacking, it is invariably and absolutely caused by violation of the laws of justice, corruption, and wickedness among the people and their rulers. And so, make no mistake about it, repentance, in the fear of God, is the one and only solution. The writing of the Constitution was a highly conscientious act of faith in regard to Natural Law, based on volumes of evidence and strong reasoning, with the intended results as aforementioned.
The Law of Liberty, or Natural Law, acknowledges the goodness, supremacy, and divinity of God, and the subservient divinity of man. This rule of law is an integral part of the majesty and righteousness of Almighty God.
Those who violate the laws of justice, to include those divine laws that protect our fundamental rights, distinguish themselves as enemies to God, enemies to righteousness, and enemies of humanity.
Those who violate, undermine, and fight against our unalienable human rights are the enemies of freedom and righteousness. Unfortunately, the governments of men are rife with such individuals. In fact, they are almost entirely composed of these insidiously evil individuals.
Throughout the history of nations, we read of almost all governments wantonly trampling their citizen’s rights to life and liberty. We read of how they enslave their people with oppressive laws and taxes, ignoring justice and ignoring the unalienable rights of man. In such cases, citizens who resist or fail to comply with such tyranny are imprisoned, tortured, and executed; or shall we simply say, murdered.
One of the most notorious ways of controlling and enslaving citizens is by withholding or restricting property rights, including the abilities and rights of the people to own and control their own property.
But first, why is the right to own and control property so vitally important?
As it turns out, one’s rights and security in owning property is a vital component of one’s right to life. Ownership of property is what allows humans the predictable ability to provide for themselves and others the food, water, shelter, clothing, tools, and all forms of capital needed for survival and increase. Property may ideally also provide safety and security.
Historically, the ownership and control of property has been a privilege reserved mainly for kings, nobility, and the wealthy elite. After all, it has long been understood that the real ownership of property is perhaps the only material source of wealth, power, and security. In other words, it is easily understood that those who own and control the land also get to own and control the people because they own and control the food supply, the water supply, commerce, and all forms of capital, including safety and security.
This extremely vital component of freedom, economics, and politics is perhaps the most abused and the least understood by the masses. Even in today’s modern world, it has long been accepted as a necessary evil the preeminence of property tax, income tax, capital gains tax, estate tax, and other similar taxes. By these taxes, citizens are beholden to governments for the retainment and benefits of the property and capital they hold title to. After all, if you are required to pay tax on the property and capital you possess, then it is not really yours and will be taken away by governmental force, even deadly force, if you do not pay the government thugs according to their unjust demands.
It amazes me that in all the years of political activism by so-called religious conservatives, the pervasive and insidious evil of property tax and similar taxes has been permitted to continue. And so now, as the globalists and deep state combine in full array to do battle against the church of the Lamb of God, we find no retreat, no security, and no place to flee, because all the real estate and all the property on this earth is owned and controlled, either directly or indirectly, by the malevolent minions of Satan.
The circumstances of today are indeed grim!
